ZIMA is a Slavic restaurant in Soho. Dumplings made by hand, house vodkas, late dinners, and a karaoke bar downstairs that gets louder as the night goes on.
The menu moves across Eastern Europe and beyond. Some dishes stay close to tradition, others don’t. There’s cold vodka, good music, long tables, and usually somebody ordering one more round.
