Bring ZIMA to your city
Now, we are looking for the right partners to take ZIMA further.
Franchising
Since opening in Soho in 2016, ZIMA has grown into a distinctive restaurant and hospitality concept built around the food, culture and traditions of Central and Eastern Europe.
Now, we are looking for the right partners to take ZIMA further.
01
The Concept
ZIMA is a modern interpretation of Central and Eastern European dining.
Our menus begin with familiar flavours and recipes, but we are not bound by tradition. We work with seasonal produce, contemporary techniques and local ingredients to create food that feels recognisable, generous and relevant to the city it is served in.
Beyond the kitchen, ZIMA brings together food, drinks, music and culture under one roof. From our restaurant and bar to private dining, events and karaoke, the concept has been developed to work throughout the day and into the night.
02
10 Years of ZIMA
Our first ZIMA opened on Frith Street in the heart of Soho in 2016.
Over the past decade, we have developed the brand, refined our menus and built the systems behind the restaurant, while creating a loyal community around ZIMA in London and beyond.
We are now ready to work with partners who see the potential for ZIMA in new markets.
03
What we bring
As a ZIMA franchise partner, you will have access to the experience and infrastructure we have built over ten years of operating in one of the world's most competitive restaurant markets.
This includes the ZIMA brand and visual identity, restaurant concept and design direction, menus and recipes, operational systems, staff training, launch support, marketing guidance and ongoing input from our London team.
At the same time, we believe a successful ZIMA should belong to its city. We work with our partners to adapt elements of the concept, sourcing and offer to the local market while maintaining the identity and standards of the brand.
04
Who we're looking for
We are interested in speaking with experienced hospitality operators, investors and local partners who understand their market and want to build something for the long term.
We are particularly interested in major cities and markets where there is an appetite for contemporary Central and Eastern European food, culture and hospitality.
